Hello, fellow crafters and card makers!! Happy weekend!! Brenda here with a mostly die-cut card with a bit of foiling for the sentiment!! I’m in love with the beautiful Garden Tweets Die Set…it’s soooooo versatile!!

I started by die-cutting the flowers, stems, foliage and bird from shades of purple, aqua, green, pink and yellow cardstock using the Garden Tweets Die Set. I assembled all the die-cuts and adhered them together with liquid glue.

For the background, I die-cut the Tiny Dots Cover Die from white cardstock and layered it over a panel of pink cardstock. I die-cut the frame from the same light pink cardstock using two dies from the Nested Scalloped Frames Die Set and adhered it with liquid glue. The flowers, leaves & bird die-cuts were then adhered, also using liquid glue.

The sentiment, from the Love & Hugs Hot Foil Plates, was foiled onto smooth white cardstock with black foil. “Hugs” was cut out with the Coordinating Die and “sending” was trimmed into a narrow strip. They were both popped up with foam adhesive. A small black bead was used for the eye and some blue rhinestones placed onto the flowers finish off the card and add a bit of sparkle.

That’ll do it for me today!! Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by!! Have a wonderful weekend!!
