Hello everyone! Bonnie here with a card featuring a gorgeous digital stamp, Wild Roses. This floral image is copic coloured and, I might add, a first time for me colouring classic red roses.
I began by printing the image on Neenah Classic Crest 80 lb card stock, I oversized it to 6 by 4 3/4 in Word so the flowers would be a bit larger. The panel was cut with the largest die in My Favourite Things Stitched Rectangles Stax 2 nesting set.
The copic colours were, deepest to lightest, as follows:
Roses R89, 39, 37, 35
Leaves BG99, 96, 93
The sentiment, Simon Says Stamp’s XL Greetings 2, was stamped with Versamark and embossed twice with Ink on 3’s Gold Rush embossing powder on vellum, cut into a strip and wrapped around the panel. The panel was then mounted on matte gold card stock sized 4 1/8″ by 5 1/4″ before being adhered to an A2 sized card based of Neenah Classic Crest 110 lb
card stock.
The card was embellished with a couple of clear Studio Katia’s Clear Round Drops and gold confetti topped with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew.
