Happy Monday, friends!! Brenda back with you today!! I hope those of you in the US had an amazing holiday weekend!! I’m sharing a card today featuring the new Summer Flower Press Plate and the Essential Sentiments Press Plate and Die Set from last week’s release!!
I began by pressing the Summer Flower Press Plate onto white cardstock using burgundy dye ink and the BetterPress System, then coloring it with Copic markers. Stamping with a colored ink in a similar color that you’re coloring with gives a no-line look without the no-line effort. This large bloom is soooo much fun to color!! It was cut out with the largest rectangle die in the Good Day Quilted Rectangle Die Set, then adhered to an A2 white card base.
The sentiment, from the Essential Sentiments Press Plate and Die Set, was foiled onto white cardstock with matte gold foil using the Glimmer machine, then cut out with its coordinating die. It was popped up with foam tape. A sprinkling of pale gold gems finishes off the card.
I adore this stunning blossom!! You’ll definitely be seeing me color this A LOT!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a great week!!
