Happy Monday, friends!! Brenda here with a birthday card (or I guess it could be for any celebration) featuring some of the goodies from last week’s release!!
I started by die-cutting the ticket from the Love Tickets Die Set from black, aqua, bright pink and white cardstock. I stamped the cupcake from the Love Tickets Stamp Set onto the site die-cut with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored it with Copic markers, then added highlights with a white gel pen. The sentiments, also from the Love Tickets Stamp Set, were stamped onto the aqua and pink die-cuts with clear embossing ink and embossed with white embossing powder. The die-cuts were adhered to the black ticket with liquid glue.
For the background, I stenciled the Tiny Flowers Layering Stencil Set onto a panel of white cardstock with aqua, red, pink and black inks. The panel was trimmed slightly and adhered to an A2 panel of black cardstock that was die-cut with the largest die in the Nested Scalloped Frames Die Set.
The second largest scalloped rectangle die in the Nested Scalloped Frames Die Set was cut from vellum. It was adhered to the floral background with liquid glue, placing the glue only in the center of the vellum panel. The ticket was adhered with foam tape. I added some Star Dust Stickles to the frosting on the cupcake to add a bit of sparkle and finish off the card.
