Hello, crafty friends!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend!! Brenda back with a stenciled and die-cut Christmas card featuring goodies from the latest Bow-Ho-Ho Release!! I am loving the bow trend right now…how about you? Let’s get to my card, shall we?!?

I began by stenciling the Chic Bows Stencil Set onto a panel of pink cardstock with two shades of pink dye ink for a tone-on-tone look. I trimmed the panel, along with a piece of white cardstock that was slightly larger. A panel of red cardstock was cut with the largest rectangle die in the Nested Scalloped Frames Die Set.

Next, I die-cut the Classic Bow Dies from two shades of red cardstock. I love that you can die-cut several bows and layer them to create the biggest bow that you’d like!! I also trimmed two strips of red cardstock roughly the same width as the bow tails. The strips and tails were adhered to the stenciled background and the excess was trimmed from each side. All the loops of the bow were adhered together with liquid glue. I used a white gel pen to add faux stitching to the ribbon and bow, then popped the bow up with foam squares. All the rectangle layers were adhered together with liquid glue.

The sentiment is from the Bow Ho Ho Frame Die Set. The top layer was cut once from red cardstock and twice from heavyweight white cardstock. The shadow layer was cut three times from heavyweight white cardstock. The layers were stacked and adhered together with liquid glue, then adhered to the bottom of the card. I added some matte white confetti to finish it off.

That does it for me today!! Thanks so much for swinging by!! I hope you have a great week!!
