Hi crafty friends! is Nicoletta here, today, sharing with you a card featuring some products of the new Autumn In Kyoto release By Spellbinders and designed by Alex Syberia Designs.
To make the background, I used the BetterPress System and the Scenic Kyoto Press + Foil Plate & Stencil Bundle. I inked up the plate with BetterPress Black Ink, placed the plate with the white paper on top and I ran it through my Spellbinders Platinum Six Die Cutting And Embossing Machine. I added color using the coordinate stencil from the Autumn in Kyoto Press + Foil & Stencil Bundle by Alex Syberia ,Distress Oxide inks and blending brushes. I added some touches of Prismacolor pencils to intensify the shadows and some white lines with a white gel pen. Then I die cut the panel into an A2 rectangle using the largest die from the Whimsical Scalloped Frame Die Set. and I adhered it on a A2 card base.
Then I stamped the Kokeshi doll from the Spring in Kyoto Clear Stamp Set by Alex Syberia onto anto a Perfect Coloring Paper and -I colored it using Copic markers. Next up I die cut It using the coordinate dies from the Kokeshi Dolls BetterPress Plate & Die Set and I placed it onto my background using adhesive foam pads.
As a last thing I added the “Hello” die cut sentiment from the Scenic Kyoto Press + Foil Plates by Alex Syberia.
