Hi crafty friends!
I hope your week is ending on a high note and you are ready for the weekend! My plans are to do some crafting with our next release (shhh…)! So exciting.
But today I have this cute and simple card I made using the adorable Spring Bunnies Stamp and Dies. I love how small and easy they are to colour! The set contains many different ones, making it easy to create a fun scene.
I always try and use my supplies a bit differently, so for the background, I decided to do some heat embossing with the Speckled Background Stencil. It’s as easy as going over the stencil with your embossing ink pad and then adding your favourite embossing powder for it! I used WOW! embossing powder and I repeated this process twice to get a good coverage on those cute little dots.
I then cut my stencilled panel to leave an opening for the sweet bunnies – both panels have fun foam behind them so they have dimension and the same with the bunnies!
Finally, I did some white heat embossing on dark blue cardstock to finish my card.
