Sylvie @kaliscards here with a love card.
To create this card, I stamped the cute Penguin couple from the Penguin love stamp set and colored the image with Copic markers. I then used the coordinating dies to die cut the penguins.
I die cut the XOXO letters from pink and red cardstock, using the Love & XOXO die set. I then glued the red Xs onto the pink Xs and the pink Os onto the red Os, offsetting them slightly to create a shadow.
I then die cut the smaller rectangle from the Good day quilted rectangles die set from white cardstock and the larger one from pink cardstock.
I placed the small rectangle panel in my stamping press and temporarily placed the penguin couple and XOXO letters. I then stamped the first two sentiment from the Penguin love right below the XOXO letters and the Love sentiment from the From our hearts stamp set.
To glue the XOXO letters, I first placed them on my desk, and aligned the letters above my ruler. I picked the letters with masking tape and used liquid adhesive to adhere the letters on the front panel. I then glued the Penguin couple above the XOXO letters.
I added foam tape at the back of the panel and adhered it onto the larger pink panel. I then adhered it with liquid adhesive onto the cardbase.
To finish the card, I adhered a few pink and red hearts which I die cut using the Heart garland cover die.
