Hello! This is Nicky with you today on the Alex Syberia blog and I have a new Christmas card featuring products from the most recent Christmas & Holiday release. The products I have used to make this card are as follows:-

Festive Sentiments
Magic Stars Die
Good Day Quilted Rectangles Die Set
To kick things off I took a panel of white cardstock and I used the Magic Stars Die to die cut the stars opening. I repositioned it 3-4 times to get an even distribution. I glued this panel to a larger panel of pale green shimmering cardstock from the Mystic Garden Mix Cardstock Pack. This in turn was glued to a card base.
Next, I created a white frame using the Good Day Quilted Rectangles Die set and I applied it with foam tape.
Next steps were to create the Festive Tree. For this I chose toning/coordinating cardstock colours and finishes from the Mystic Garden pack mentioned above and the Christmas Sparkle Cardstock Pack. I proceeded to die cut all the different elements and glue them together, I backed it with foam tape and adhered to the starry background.
I then used the Mini Ornaments Die Set and did the same, die cutting and assembling the little pieces of the elements I wished to use then I trimmed the tree.
The final touch for this card was the addition of the Happy Christmas sentiment from the Festive Sentiments Die Set. I chose more of the green cardstock together with white to die cut the two parts, glued them together and applied with foam tape, floating over the trunk of the tree.
