Hello crafty friends. It’s Bobbi Lemanski sharing a little holiday love with you today. I have a card that is so quick and easy and looks stunning in its metallic colors and shimmers. I’m using the following Alex Syberia Designs products from the latest release:
To make this card, I started by die cutting the “Noel” sentiment from a light gold glitter cardstock (top layer die) and black cardstock (shadow die). I glued the two layers together and set aside. I also cut the Snowflake Petals Cover die from the same glitter cardstock to match. My card measures 5″ X 7″ so when I layer the Snowflake Petals Cover die cut on top of the white card base, there is about 1-1/2″ in total, above/below in white space. I glued it in place. If you like making a smaller A2-sized card, this cover die will fit the entire card front. Both looks are beautiful!
The Joyful Poinsettia Dies has flirty, natural mistletoe greenery included in the set. I cut sprigs from white and metallic gold cardstock and layered it over the snowflake background. Next, using foam tabs, I attached the “Noel” sentiment on top, allowing it to stand out from the background. This is a quick and simple card that really is stunning with its metallic finishes and glittery textures.
Do you see the sparkly features of this card? It’s so fun. The card requires no coloring and can be mass produced for your holiday card haul this year! It’s really the perfect card if you are like me and send 60+ cards to friends each year.
