Happy Monday, friends!! Brenda back with a floral card featuring one of the stunning arrangements from the Tulips In Bloom Stamp Set to share with you today!!
I began by stamping the floral bouquet and butterflies from the Tulips In Bloom Stamp Set twice onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored them with Copic markers, then used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.
For the background, I die-cut the Heart Garland Cover Die from white cardstock. I splattered it with diluted black dye ink, then layered the panel over an A2 white card base. The flowers were adhered with liquid glue and the excess was trimmed from the edges. I added some of the pieces that I cut off along the right side of the panel.
The sentiment is from the Classic Sentiments Press Plate & Die Set. It was pressed onto white cardstock with black pigment ink and cut out with the included die. (Be sure to let your pigment ink dry for a bit or hit it with your heat tool before die-cutting to prevent smearing.) The sentiment and butterflies were popped up with foam tape. I added dots to the centers of the flowers ad some highlights to the butterflies with a white gel pen to finish off the card.
That does it for me today!! Thank you so much for stopping by!! I’ll see you next week with a new release!!
