Stenciled Heartfelt Booms

Hello, fellow crafters and happy Monday!! Brenda here with you today!! I’m sharing a floral card today with lots of ink-blending featuring the Heartfelt Blooms Stencil Set!! As much as I love to color, there’s just something so relaxing about ink-blending…don’t you agree?!?

I began by die-cutting the Heartfelt Blooms Die from smooth white cardstock. I used dye inks to blend all the layers of the Heartfelt Blooms Stencil Set onto it with blending brushes, then set it aside to work on my background.

Next, I used the same inks that used on my flowers to blend onto a white A2 panel of smooth cardstock. I die-cut the Chevron Chic Cover Die from another panel of white cardstock and adhered it over the ink-blended panel. You could also use the Chevron Chic Stencil to get a similar look, but I prefer the dimension from the die-cut. The floral die-cut was then adhered with liquid glue.

The sentiment is from the Bouquet of Blessings Stamp Set. It was stamped onto white cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and cut out with it’s Coordinating Die. I also die-cut three more layers from heavyweight white cardstock,  adhered them behind the stamped one, then adhered it to the front of the card. A few pearl stickers in similar colors complete the card.

I absolutely LOVE how this turned out!!

Thanks so much for dropping by today!! Have a great week!!

Brenda
