Sending A Card Full of Hugs

Hello, friends and Merry Christmas Eve!! Brenda here with a sweet card that would be perfect to send as a thank you for a holiday gift, or anytime you want to let someone know that you’re thinking of them!!

I began by stamping the adorable penguin and mailbox from the Smile and Wave Stamp Set. I colored them with Copic markers and used the Coordinating Dies to cut them out.

For the background, I masked the right side and bottom of a panel of white cardstock and blended Mermaid Lagoon and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink onto the lower, bottom corner. I trimmed the panel down and adhered it to an A2 panel of red cardstock, then a white card base.

The sentiment, also from the Smile and Wave Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock, then cut out with the Coordinating Die. I borrowed the heart from the Birthday Wishes Stamp Set. It was stamped with red ink and cut out with its Coordinating Die. I popped all of the die-cuts up in the lower, right corner with foam adhesive, then added some glitter glue to the snow and heart for the finishing touch.

I love this clean and simple design!!

Thank you so much for stopping by today!! I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas!!
