Quick Clean and Simple Birthday Card

Hi crafty friends! It’s Lien here back with a very clean and simple card, perfect if you’d like to mass produce birthday cards!.

For this card I’m using the Birthday Wishes stamp set, my Misti and some beautiful Catherine Pooler inks. Alex Syberia Designs and Catherine Pooler are actually teaming up for a few hops to show you how well our products work together and to give away a couple of giftcards! Don’t forget to head on over to Instagram to play along there!

I cut a piece of cardstock a little larger than I needed it to be, I like doing that whenever I do any form of pattern stamping. That way when I’m done stamping I can find the best part of the pattern and die cut it out with a basic rectangle die.

The way I stamp this is really easy, I line up the bold Birthday sentiment once in my Misti, stamp it with the Catherine Pooler ink, I shift my paper down using the grid of my Misti to measure the shift. For this sentiment I shifted it 3 quarters of an inch each time. Clean the stamp between every new color of ink and stamp a fun little rainbow.

Once that was done I stamped a dainty Happy sentiment once in Versafine Onyx Black ink, slightly overlapping with one of the birthday sentiments and I embossed it with Clear Gloss embossing powder. I die cut the panel and glued it onto a white notecard. I finished it off with some clear iridescent bubbles around the happy sentiment.
