Hello, this is Nicky with you today on the Alex Syberia Designs blog and I’m sharing one last Christmas card for the year on this Christmas Eve.
Here’s a list of the products I have used to create this project:-
Christmas Postage Stamps Stencil
I took two A2 panels of white cardstock and with one I die cut using the Postage Stamps Cover Die. I overlaid this die cut with the Postage Stamps Stencil and ink blended with Ice Spruce and Pine Needles Distress Oxide Inks. I then used the Christmas Postage Stamps Stencil to stamp postage markings and the sentiment etc in black ink. I backed the panel with dimensional foam tape and applied to the second A2 panel that I’d created. This in turn was glued to the card base and set to one side.
I created the dramatic bow from solid red and sparkling red cardstock which you can source from the colourful packs Alex Syberia offers HERE. I adhered the bow in the corner of the background.
The images I was going to need from Merry Christmice were stamped and coloured with Copic markers. They were die cut and applied with foam tape.
The final touch was to add snowfall and sparkles into the background of each postage stamp.
Thank you for reading the blog today. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to you all.
Nicky
