Night Gardens, Cricuts and Cut files

Hello Rebecca here or as some know me as the Wizardess of Cards. I am always excited to  blog about Alex Siberia’s Releases because for me they hold something so special and wonderous. There is no image that I don’t love and now with the addition of cut files I’m over the moon. I was able to use my Cricut to cut the cut files and not only that but Cricut is able to cut any digital stamp with ease. I will give instructions on this blog as to how to cut a cut file. I am blogging in the evening because I felt there is no better time to show you guys the card I made using the cut file The Night Garden. Oh and did I mention the night is my absolute favorite time, so quiet and calming.

This is an A2 card and the panel is watercolored using one of my favorite watercolores Qor. The cut file I used is The Night Garden and I started by setting up my Cricut and downloading the image into my computer then into Cricut design space.

Once the image was uploaded I inserted it and pressed make it, located in the top right corner. Once inserted I sized it, choose 100lb cardstock, made sure my mat was inserted and loaded it in the cricut then pressed start. It cut, I peeled it off the mat, and removed all the loose pieces.

I adhered the cut file to my watercolor panel and splattered with my Sennelier Brush Marker. I then adhered my favorite butterflies from, Slimline Scalloped Edge Pocket Die Set. They have just a touch of Patina Distress Oxide ink. The Fairy is from Build A Fairy Garden Die Set. I used a little white gel pen for some fairy dust. The sentiments are from Tim Holtz stickers, and the jewels are Pink Fresh

Thank you for stopping by this cut file is available in Alex’s Etsy shop, I do use affiliate links where available at no cost to you. I truly appreciate your support and kindness always. I hope you have a beautiful, calm and relaxing evening.

Rebecca
