Minimalist Flowers Birthday Card

Hello everyone this is Nicky with you today and I’m sharing a birthday card that was created using products from the most recent release from Alex Syberia Designs.

To create this card I used the following products:-

Minimalist Flowers Press Plate & Die Set

Minimalist Flowers Stencil Set

Good Day Quilted Rectangles Die Set

Hello & Hugs Die Set

I took a pink panel of card stock and die cut using the Good Day die set.  I applied this panel to my card base.  I then used the smaller frame die in the set and die cut a panel of mini checked cardstock from my stash.  This panel was backed with white craft foam and applied to the other panel.

I took more of the solid pink cardstock used in the back panel and I hot foiled the Minimalist Flowers image in pink then I die cut.  I used the Minimalist Flowers Stencil Set to add colour to the image and I added gold glitter to the centre of each flower.  I applied this image with foam tape.

I used the ‘Hello’ die from the Hello & Hugs Die Set and created an ombré sentiment which I added with more foam tape and underneath I add the little Happy Birthday.

As a finishing touch I added a few gold sparkles sprinkling down from the flowers towards the sentiment and with that, this cheerful card was complete.

Thanks for joining me on the blog today, I’ll be back some time, same place next week with something brand new.  Happy crafting!

Nicky
