Hello, crafty friends!! Happy Easter weekend!! Brenda here with a sweet card that combines a couple of different stamp sets. I love combining stamp sets to get the most from my products and stretch my stash!!
I began by stamping the giraffe, flowers and greenery from the Giraffe-ic Friends Stamp Set and a bunny from the Spring Bunnies Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored them with Copics, then used the Giraffe-ic Friends Coordinating Dies and Spring Bunnies Coordinating Dies to cut them out.
For the background, I blended Mowed Lawn and Tumbled Glass Distress Ink onto a panel of white cardstock. I trimmed it to 3.5″ x 4.75″, then adhered the die-cuts as shown. The leaves, flowers and bottom of the giraffe were adhered with liquid glue, while the top of the giraffe and bunny were popped up with foam tape. I trimmed away the excess die-cuts from the edges of the panel and adhered it to an A2 white card base.
The sentiment is from the Expressing Gratitude Stamp Set. It was white heat embossed onto black cardstock and cut out with its Coordinating Die. It was also popped up with foam tape. I added some dots to the flowers with a yellow gel pen and highlights with a white gel pen and I was finished.
Thank you so much for dropping by today!! Happy Easter to those of you who celebrate!!
