Happy Monday, friends!! Brenda back with you today!! I’m sharing a card featuring the Lovely Day Stamps, Coordinating Dies, Delicate Frame & Friend Dies, with a sentiment from the Hello & Hugs Die Set…all from the new Hello & Hugs Collection!! I LOVE how the elements in this collection mix-and-match so beautifully!!
I started by stamping the floral bouquet in the Lovely Day Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored it with Copic markers, then used the Coordinating Die to cut it out.
For the background, I die-cut the frame in the Delicate Frame & Friend Die Set from bright blue cardstock. I adhered a piece of light blue cardstock behind the rectangle opening in the canter, then adhered the frame to a white A2 card base.
The sentiment was created with the Hello & Hugs Die Set. The top layer was die-cut once from blue cardstock and three times from heavyweight white cardstock. The shadow layer was die-cut from heavyweight white cardstock twice, then the layers were stacked and adhered together with liquid glue. The bouquet was popped up with foam squares, adhering the bottom of the die-cut under the sentiment with liquid glue. I added dots to the centers of the flowers with a yellow gel pen and this card was finished.
