Floral Thanks Card

Hey there, friends!  I hope your week has been great so far!  Today, I’m here on the blog to share with you a beautiful and bright floral card I made!

To create this card, I started by diecutting the largest frame from the Good Day Quilted Rectangles Dies.  I used Altenew’s Fuchsia ink and blended it all around the edge of the frame.

Next, I trimmed a piece of gray cardstock down to fit inside the stitched frame.  I ran it through my diecutting machine with the Charming Flora Cover Die.  This gives it a beautiful subtle texture!  I glued that to my fuchsia card panel.

Next, I die cut the Nested Stitched Circle Die and trimmed off the edge.  I stamped the Tulips in Bloom flowers with black ink.

Then, I die cut the Spring Clover Die Set flowers.  I used a paper pouncer with Altenew’s Fuchsia and Olive inks.  I glued the pieces together and then propped them up with 3D foam squares and attached them to my card panel.

I stamped the Thanks from the Tulips in Bloom with my WOW! embossing pad and then applied white embossing powder.  Then, I used my heat tool to melt the powder.  I die cut it out with the coordinating dies.  I put foam strips behind it and attached it to the card.

Lastly, I added a few white dots with a white Gelly Roll pen and glued on a few matching sequins!

Thanks for coming by the blog today!  Come back tomorrow for more inspo!

Xx, Amanda
