Chic Roses Thank You Card

Hello!  This is Nicky with you again today and I’m sharing a floral thank you card with you.  It’s always useful to have some thank you cards on hand and perhaps this one will inspire.

I took a white panel of cardstock and die cut it using the Tiny Flowers Cover Die.  I backed this panel with white craft foam and then glued it to a slightly larger pink panel and then this was glued to a sturdy white card base which was slightly larger again.  I set this to one side.

Using some Princess Pink cardstock from MFT,  I used the Chic Roses Layering Die Set to die cut several layers to create three blooms and I also die cut some leaves.  I ink blended each layer and then glued them in stacks from largest to smallest and then adhered them to the card base.  I also ink blended the leaves and tucked these behind the blooms.

I die cut the word ‘love’ using the Love Die and glued the two parts together and then I adhered this over the flowers.  The longer sentiment was taken from the Celebrate Sentiments set and I stamped this on a strip and added it with foam tape.

I finished up the card with the simple application of different sized sparkling clear sequins for a final accent.

Thank you for stopping by, it is very appreciated

Nicky
