It’s live! The new Alex Syberia Designs STAMPtember 2025 set, “Beautiful Soul” is now available at Simon Says Stamp! It’s an elegant and delightful floral stamp set filled with four thoughtful and useful sentiments. I love the one I used here, “For a beautiful soul.” I used just the STAMPtember set to create a background and the foreground.
To create this 5″ X 7″ card, I stamped the floral bouquet design from the Beautiful Soul set. I used the coordinating die set to die cut the design. I colored the florals using Copic Sketch Markers in R89, R27, R17 and R14. I used YG7, YG23, and YG03 to color the leaves. I used YR24 for the center stamens. I used my white gel pen to add more highlights.
I stamped the design again and hand cut the two flowers. I saved one to use as a mask for the background in the next step. The other flower I colored like the other bouquet flowers and incorporated it into the bouquet.
I used one of the hand cut flowers to create a mask for blending Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Ink on the card front background. Moving the mask around, I blended the pink on to create the pink and white background. I splattered pink and red watercolor paint over the masked design for a very organic feel.
I attached the floral bouquet, tucking the extra flower in the upper right corner of the design. I attached the full design using foam tabs and glued the singular floral to the front panel. I stamped and attached the sentiment from the set in the lower, right corner. I also attached some rhinestone gem stickers to the front in pink to accent the design. I love how this turned out and how the card was completely designed using just this one set!
