Hi! This is Nicky with you today on the Alex Syberia Designs blog and I’m sharing a Christmas card featuring products from the October 10th release. To create this card I have used the ‘Build-A-Bow Christmas Tree Die Die Set’, the Bow Ho Ho Frame Die Set and the previously released ‘Christmas Sentiments’ stamp set.
To kick things off I created a panel of pink cardstock which was splattered with pink paint.
From white cardstock I die cut the frame from Bow Ho Ho Frame Die Set and also the tree form from the Build-A-Bow Christmas Tree Die Set.
I sourced some scraps of cardstock from my stash and die cut many bows in different colours. I glued the pieces together then glued it to the tree. I glued the bow frame directly to the background but with the tree I backed it with foam tape and applied so that it had some nice dimension to it.
For the finishing touches, I stamped the sentiment from Christmas Sentiments in a dark grey ink and applied it with foam tape and a few sparkling clear sequins completed this cheerful Christmas card.
