Beleaf in yourself

Hello Crafty Friends!

Sylvie @kaliscards here with my first project featuring the brand new release.

This shaker card is filled with Fall vibes and features many new products.

To create this card, I started by foiling the background and sentiment. I used Copper glimmer foil with the Beleaf in yourself hot foil plate, and Opal glimmer foil with the Tiny autumn leaves hot foil plate. I foiled two panels of the latter.

I used the Beleaf in yourself coordinating die to cut the sentiment out. On one Tiny leaves panel, I used the smaller rectangle from the Good day quilted rectangle die set to cut the panel. I also die cut another panel from white cardstock to put at the back of the shaker.

On the second Tiny leaves panel, I sprayed water and then dabbed various Distress oxide sprays with Fall colors: Squeezed lemonade, Fossilized amber, Spiced marmalade and Vintage photo and set it aside to dry.

I then stamped the little fox from the Collecting memories set 3 times on white cardstock and colored them with Copic markers YR27, YR24, YR21, Y21 and E50. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

On the white Tiny leaves panel, I created openings with the Beleaf in yourself coordinating die and the Autumn leaves die set for the shaker.

Once the colored panel was dry, I die cut the 3 plain leaves from the Autumn leaves die set. I glued the sentiment and the 3 leaves on the shaker background panel (white cardstock), through the white Tiny leaves panel openings.

I then taped acetate at the back of the white tiny leaves panel and also added foam tape. I then poured the micro beads, removed the backing of the foam tape and adhered the background panel.

I then adhered the shaker onto the cardbase. To finish the card, I die cut the leaves outlines from the Autumn leaves die set from Copper glitter cardstock and adhered them on top of the leaves openings with liquid adhesive, with a small offset. I then adhered the foxes, from the Collecting memories stamp and die sets, over each leaf, with double-sided tape.

Hope you liked it.

Thank you so much for stopping by and have a wonderful crafty time.

Sylvie
