Ready for a sweet surprise, some love, and a cute penguin?! Well this card has it all! I’m using the following Alex Syberia Designs products:
Penguin Love Stamp Set and coordinating dies
My card is 5″ X 7″ and made from Neenah 80lb cardstock.
To make this 5″ X 7″ card, I started by die cutting white cardstock using the Heart Garland Cover Die. Using a black fine-tip marker, I traced the stitched wavy lines to create faux stitching. I attached a rainbow of different strips of colored cardstock to the back of the cover die to let the color show through. I die cut the letters, Love and XOXO from black and colored cardstock and attached them to the wavy lines to make them look like they are hanging from the stitched lines. I attached the cover die to a 5″ X 7″ white card base.
Finally, I stamped, colored and die cut the penguin popping out of the box, the rose and the envelope. I used foam tabs under the penguin in the box. I attached the three images in the lower right corner and stamped the sentiment from the set right under the cover die.
