The stars are the limit

Hi crafty friends! Nicoletta here sharing with you a new clean and simple card! It’s  totally focused  on the coloring of this adorable penguin from the “Smile and Wave” stamp set. Isn’t it  too cute?

As a first thing I stamped the lovely penguin and the star on X-Press blending card paper and I started to color the background  as a scene of a blue/violet sky and a snowy and icy ground.

Once I colored the background scene I started to color the penguin and emboss in gold the star I previously inked with the Versamark pen.

Once all the coloring was finished  I adhered it over an A2 white card base and as a last thing I added the sentiment strip and some dots of gold ink in the sky.
