The holidays are swiftly approaching. Now is the perfect time to get your holiday cards done! I made this sweet card using new products from the 2025 Christmas release by Alex Syberia Designs including:
Merry Mail stamp set and coordinating dies
Coordinating products from prior releases that were also used:
My card is 5″ X 7″ and fits inside an A7-sized envelope. The card base and card front is made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock.
To make this card, I die cut the Postage Stamp Cover die out of white cardstock and used the coordinating Postage Stamp Stencil to color each stamp’s background with colors pink, green, gold and red. I splattered white paint over the four postage colors and set it aside to dry. Next, I created the smaller postage stamps by stamping the stamp outline four times and adding the wreath, candy cane, bow and mistletoe in each stamp rectangle from the Merry Mail stamp set. I used Copic Markers to color the designs. I used my white Gelly Roll pen to add white highlights. I die cut the stamped designs using the Merry Mail coordinating dies. Each stamp was layered over a colored rectangle using a foam tab to make them dimensional. I also stamped the “Dec 25” in the lower right corner of each stamp using black ink.
‘For the card’s background, I used the Christmas Postage Stamp set to stamp the random dots in black on the bottom left and upper right corners of the card front panel. I also stamped “special delivery,” cancellation marks and North Pole stamp on the background. I attached the layered cover die over the card front panel to complete the card front. I attached the card front to a 5″ X 7″ white card base.
