Piggie postage

Hello Crafty friends,

Sylvie @kaliscards here.

I have a couple Piggie postage stamps with the new Postage collection and cute piggies set.

To create these cards, I die cut the Postage stamp cover die from white cardstock twice, placed them over a tacky mat in my stamping press and added the coordinating stencil over them. I stamped the images from the Hog happy day stamp set, and also added the rose from the Giraffe-ic friends, the heart stick from the Cheerful panda moments, flower basket from the Spring bunnies, big cupcake from the Merry Christmice and the little bird from the Falala friends.

I also stamped the images on masking paper, fussy cut the images and adhered them over my panels to mask the images and ink blend the backgrounds. On one panel, I blended Distress oxides Worn lipstick, Festive berries and Lumberjack plaid from center to edges. On the other, I blended Tumbled glass, Peacock feathers and Uncharted mariner.

I unmasked all the images and removed the Postage stamp stencil. I then stamped sentiments, prices and postage marks from the Special delivery stamp set with black ink.

I colored the images with Copic markers.

To finish the cards, I adhered the postage panels onto the cardbases with foam tape.

Thank you for stopping by.

Have a wonderful day!

Sylvie
