I’m thrilled to be a part of The Gray Muse Stamp Collection newest release! This one is extra special because it includes several floral stamps designed by me: LOVELY LOTUS STAMP SET, PRETTY PANSIES STAMP SET, FOREVER FUCHSIA STAMP SET.
Projects
I have two projects to share today created using LOVELY LOTUS STAMP SET and PRETTY PANSIES STAMP SET from this release.
The first slimline card features the LOVELY LOTUS STAMP SET.
I stamped the images with Memento black ink onto white cardstock and colored them with Copic markers. If you have been following me for a while you know I love dark backgrounds, so I decided to make a black background for this card. To color in my flowers I used Copics: Y000, BG11, RV00, RV91, Y02, G21, N2, G12, RV63, RV04, RV06, RV63, Y15, BG49 and YG61. I colored the background using N10.
I stamped a sentiment from the PRETTY PANSIES STAMP SET onto white stripe, which I popped onto the card. To finish, I embellished the panel with clear drops.
To make my second card, I used the PRETTY PANSIES STAMP SET
I started by stamping the images onto a piece of a white cardstock using Black Ranger Archival Ink. I then watercolored all images with Kuretake Zig Art & Graphic Twin markers For the flowers I used the following colors: Mid Yellow, Lilac, Purple, Pink, Orange, Cornflower blue. For the leaves I used the following colors: Mid Yellow, Deep Green and Olive Green.
To finish, I embellished the panel with clear drops. I stamped a sentiment from the PRETTY PANSIES STAMP SET onto a stripe of cardstock and glued it onto the card base.
