Today we are showcasing a bunch of amazing new designs that have just been released in the Altenew online store! There are lots of great products to pick from – new stamp sets, coordinating dies and stencils!

You can find the ENTIRE NEW RELEASE HERE! I’d love to know what you’ve got your eyes on!

I had a very productive and busy weekend and I happy to share my new projects I made for the Blog Hop! So, this post is very picture heavy as I was very inspired by the beautiful products, I couldn’t help myself! I’ll try to keep it short 🙂 Grab a cup of coffee & enjoy!

Wallpaper Art Stamp Set & Die Set

Let’s start with my favorite Wallpaper Art Stamp Set from the release. I really love it! The set also includes four sentiments perfect for various occasions.

How gorgeous are these flowers?!

I started working on the first card by gold heat embossing the beautiful flowers and leaves from the stamp set in Altenew Antique Gold Embossing Powder  onto a white card stock. I colored the images with ZIG “Art and Graphic Twin” markers. After I was done coloring all the images, I began working on the card front panel. For the card panel I used Altenew Lagoon Crisp Dye Ink and Altenew Mango Smoothie Crisp Dye Ink to make ink blending. I added water and ink (lagoon and pink) splatters and wiped them off with a tissue.

After this, I die cut the images with the coordinating dies and adhered all the images onto the card front with foam tape. I popped a sentiment white embossed on black onto the card and added several Midnight Blue Crystals to finish it off.

altenew-wallpaper-art-cardmakingThe style of this set is such that you can create gorgeous projects by simply stamping the images as is but I decided to color them using my all time favorite ZIG “Art and Graphic Twin” markers and Winsor & Newton watercolors. So, my next card is a bright watercolor card.

ltenew-wallpaper-art-alexsyberia-watercoloringI glued the colored panel onto blueberry cardstock and then glued it onto a long white side folding card base.

Rennie Roses Stamp Set | Die Set & Mask Stencil

The images are in a simple, yet classy style and are great for using with your favorite coloring mediums as well as using for fun techniques. I made two cards with the Rennie Roses Stamp set, Rennie Roses Die Set and Rennie Roses Mask Stencil.

I started working on the first card by stamping roses and a sentiment in black ink.

Next, I picked out a few colors of ink to color my roses with the Rennie Roses Mask Stencil. The colors of Altenew inks I used are: Cotton Candy, peach Perfect and Warm Sunshine. I finished off the card with some clear drops.

To create my next card I stamped the images and colored them with Copic markers: R20, R29, YG13, YG17 and  ZIG “Art and Graphic Twin” markers: Light Pink, Red.

After this, I die cut all the images with the coordinating dies and then adhered some of the images onto the card front with glue and some images adhered with foam tape.

One Day at a Time Stamp Set

One Day at a Time Stamp Set is comprised of 4 stunning marble textured stamps that can be used to create beautiful backdrops for many different projects. The stamps can also be used alone with a sentiment of your choice to create simple but elegant cards. One Day at a Time Stamp Set also includes touching sentiments that maybe used to create encouraging cards for your loved ones. I decided to use gold embossing powder with these stamps to give my projects a 3-d effect.

altenew-one-day-at-atime-alexsyberia-cards-embossingI made three cards. The colors of Altenew inks I used are: Jet Black, Cotton Candy, Volcano Lake and Ocean Eaves.

Prettiest Pomander Stamp Set & Die Set

Floral pomanders, also known as kissing balls, are commonly found at weddings. These lovely spheres adorned with blooms may be hung in doorways, featured in centerpieces, or carried by flower girls. I decided to make a clean and simple card with Prettiest Pomander Stamp Set and Prettiest Pomander Die Set. This time I used soft colors for stamping. Altenew inks: Volcano Lake, Sea Glass, Ocean Waves, Volcano Lake, Lagoon, Buttercream, Warm Sunshine, Frosty Pink, Coral Berry.

I then foam mounted all the images onto a white card base and cut out the excess. I stamped a sentiment and added some clear drops to accentuate the card.

Bold Bunch Stamp Set

The Bold Bunch Stamp Set is packed with 2-3 layer flower heads and single layer leaves to create fun projects. The flower layers can be mixed and matched for additional possibilities. I made a simple one-layer card with this set.

ltenew-bold-bunch-alexsyberiaI used Altenew inks: Cotton Candy, Peach Perfect, Mango Smoothie, Rubellite, Evergreen. For the sentiment I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

Watercolor Doodles Stamp Set

I really love the Watercolor Doodles Stamp Set. These images are great for a quick and easy project. So, I made a very simple, one-layer CAS card using this beautiful set.

altenew-watercolor-doodles-cas-cardsI created a wreath using the beautiful images. For leaves I used Altenew Frayed Leaf ink and for the flowers I used Altenew Sea Glass ink and Pink Diamond ink.

I then popped up a sentiment, white heat embossed on black cardstock. I finished off the card with clear drops.

All your cards are lovely but my favorite are the 3 clean and simple ones, the red roses, simple flower clusters at top and bottom and the wreath card. Wow!
