This release doesn’t include stamps, but there are fun mixed media things like stencils and spray inks to play with!

Projects
To celebrate this release of new stencils and inks, I created six cards featuring the following products: Feathered Leaves Stencil, Skylight Stencil, Square Weave Pattern Stencil, Sunburst Stencil, Lagoon Metallic Shimmer Ink Spray and Puffy Heart Metallic Shimmer Ink Spray. I hope to inspire you and help with some of your wishlist decision in my projects today!
Feathered Leaves Stencil
My first project features Feathered Leaves Stencil, Lagoon Metallic Shimmer Ink Spray and Puffy Heart Metallic Shimmer Ink Spray.
To create an ombre background I first did some ink blending using Altenew inks: Caribbean Sky and Persian Blue. Next, I blended Altenew inks ( Lagoon Metallic Shimmer Ink Spray and Puffy Heart Metallic Shimmer Ink Spray) with Nuvo Glimmer Paste. I masked the background and added a generous amount of the 2 colors of my inked paste and removed the mask.
Once the paste was dry, I popped up a sentiment, white embossed on black cardstock. I love the glittery shimmery look I was able to get.
My second project features Feathered Leaves Stencil. I decided to create a CAS card.
I started by masking off the top and the bottom of the card panel and ink blended it using Altenew Just Green ink and Distress Twisted Citron ink. I then stamped a sentiment and added clear drops.
Skylight Stencil
For my next card I used the Skylight Stencil. I was inspired by my memories of our family trip to Morocco several years ago. I was impressed by local colors, ornate geometric patterns, thousands upon thousands of intricately placed tiles, majestic archways and Moroccan souks (markets)… I don’t know why but the design of the Skylight Stencil reminded me Moroccan style.
Have you ever tried using your colored pencils or markers with a stencil? I had this idea to try and color via a stencil.
I wanted to have a gray background, so I cut a piece of the cardstock to 3 1/2 x 6 1/2″. I then positioned the Skylight Stencil on top and colored in all of the openings with Zig Markers. The colors I used: pink, sugared almond pink, cornflower blue, peacock blue and gray. I then applied Nuvo Glimmer Paste over it and removed the stencil. Once the paste was dry, I popped up a sentiment, white embossed on gray cardstock and added some sequins.
Square Weave Pattern Stencil
For the next card I used the same technique. This time, I used my colored pencils with the Square Weave Pattern Stencil.
I cut a piece of gray cardstock and taped it onto Square Weave Pattern Stencil. Only this time, I didn’t want to color every section. Once my background was done I white heat embossed a flower and a sentiment.
I glued a silver glimmer tape at the sides of the card base and mounted the gray card panel onto it. Next, I added sequins and called this card done!
For this card I used Nuvo Black paste and black cardstock, but before I removed the Square Weave Pattern Stencil I sprayed on Puffy Heart Metallic Shimmer Ink Spray.
The flower and the sentiment are from the Inked Flora Stamp set. I colored this flower with Zig Markers. Colors I used: pink, red, sugared almond pink, may green, deep green, olive green. The Crystal Rainbow sequins are from Studio Katia.
Sunburst Stencil
For the last card I decided to make a background using the Sunburst Stencil and texture paste.
I added flowers and a sentiment from Cherished Memories Set. I colored the image with Zig Markers. I used the colors: Sugared Almond Pink, English Lavander, Gray and Light Gray. To finish off my card I added sequins.

What a great collection of cards you’ve created! All of them are so cool. I didn’t think you could get that kind of look from Nuvo glimmer paste over colored pencils! But I think my favorite is the final combination of the sunburst stencil and the Cherished Memories stamps. Something about the lines within the stamp set seem like they were made to go with the lines of the sunburst stencil. Thanks for sharing all these lovely ideas with us!

These are wonderful! I especially love the cards with the selective stenciling and colored pencils, that first one with the coloring and glimmer paste over top is such a cool effect!
