Rainbow CAS Cards | Pinkfreshstudio | My Favorite Things

by Alex

There is no better way to make someone smile than with a bit of color! 🙂 Today I am sharing ideas of rainbow cards I made for a сhallenge at AAA Cards Challenge CAS Game #120

There are many ways to add rainbow colors to a card. I had several ideas and I decided to make 2 cards at once.

For the first card, I used my new stamps from Pinkfreshstudio. I love them so much! Can’t wait to play with these sets more!

I started my card by stamping the sentiment in the middle of a panel of white cardstock.

Then I stamped and fussy cut the all images. I used Zig Art&Graphic Twin markers to color in the images.

I then glued all images on the background panel using a foam tape. I used a Wink of Stella brush pen to add a very delicate shimmer to the tiny bird.

I had been mentally designing a card with a rainbow pyramid of critters. So, for the second card, I decided to use birds by My Favorite Things stamp set.

To start, I took a top folding A2 card and stamped the bird’s pyramid using “a masking technique” and colored in the images with Zig markers. I then stamped a sentiment, cut out it and popped up with foam tape.

The last touch was adding shimmer to the beaks.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
